TIP: If it is not possible to have a written contract, make sure you have other documentation such as emails, offers or notes of your discussions to help you identify what has been agreed. The partnership agreement must be supported by the review of partners to ensure its effectiveness. This may be capital (see item 53.30), skill [note 10] or debt [Note 11].
